Focus on Members

Keats, Connelly & Associates received the Arizona Corporate Volunteerism Award for companies with less than 50 employees. Last year, the 24 employees contributed more than 1,900 hours of community service. (That is 6.5 hours per month, per employee.) Some of the events the employees sponsored were Habitat for Humanity, Ronald McDonald House, blood drives, Save the Family, Arizona Children’s Hospital, as well as pro-bono financial advice.

Keats, Connelly & Associates was also named one of Arizona’s 2007 “Companies to Watch” by the Arizona Small Business Association.

Kent Saunders, CPA, of KPNX-TV, Channel 12 and KNAZ-TV, Channel 2 in Flagstaff, has been promoted to vice-president and business manager.

Jim Susa, CPA, has been appointed to the Board of Tax Appeals by Governor Napolitano.
