The Society is very pleased to announce that SB 1227, MOBILITY, has been signed by the Governor.  Mobility establishes the "limited reciprocity" privilege for out-of-state CPAs and improves the ease of movement for all CPAs, while providing the Accountancy Board with the ability to discipline non-Arizona CPAs.

The Society and the Accountancy Board have been hard at work over the last year-and-a-half to help move this legislation along. We are extremely pleased to count our state among the 26 other states that have now passed similar legislation.  

We would like to extend a special thanks to Senator Barbara Leff for her leadership on this very important legislation.
