Sandy A. Abalos, managing partner of Abalos & Associates, P.C., has been named to the national Small Business Administration Advisory Council which represents more than 150,000 small businesses. Heinfeld, Meech & Co., P.C. has promoted Kera Badalamenti, CPA, and Kimberly A. Robinson, CPA, to partner. In addition, Melissa D. Spangler, CPA, was promoted to audit manager. The Arizona State Board of Accountancy confirmed two ASCPA members to committee positions: Kenneth Udenze, CPA, (five-year term with the Accounting and Auditing Standards Committee) and B.J. Morley, CPA, (five-year term with the Certification Advisory Committee).
