Bays, Donald Ray
Don has more than 35 years of experience in public and private accounting, including eight years with a national CPA firm in Los Angeles and Phoenix, four years as Director of Internal Audit for a Fortune 500 company with $700 million in annual sales, three years as a vice president and controller for a $300 million public company, and 11 years with the second largest CPA firm in Arizona where he served
as Director of the firm’s Audit Services Division from 1984-1988. Don is a Certified Valuation Analyst, an Accredited Business Valuator and has performed business valuations for a variety of businesses since the mid-1980’s. Before he became an accounting professional, Don spent six years in law enforcement as a police officer and detective with the Tucson Police Department. Since 1984, he has testified as an
expert witness on numerous civil cases including those involving insurance fraud, contract disputes, lost earnings, accountants’ and lawyers’ professional liability, and property settlement matters in marriage dissolutions.
Don has written articles for the Journal of Accountancy, and
CPA Journal, and has contributed numerous writings to the
newsletters of the Arizona Society of CPAs and the Arizona
State Board of Accountancy. He has lectured extensively on
business valuation concepts and lost earnings calculations to
business owners, bankers, attorneys, and CPAs.
In August 1999, the Arizona Society of CPAs named Don as
a recipient of its distinguished Life Membership Award. Don
was also a member of the Arizona State Board of Accountancy
from July 2002 to June 2007, and served as the Board’s
President from July 2006 to June 2007.
Jonathan Ariano's practice focuses on representing growth-oriented and entrepreneurial clients, often in connection with the firm's outside general counsel practice. He routinely represents companies in business transactions and corporate governance matters, including mergers and acquisitions, venture capital, debt and private equity financing and securities offerings.

Mitchell Reichman is a divorce lawyer who meets his clients' needs by understanding his role as a true "counselor at law" - and as the champion of their cause. As a Board Certified Family Law Specialist, he has the knowledge and experience to manage high conflict divorces with substantial assets.
Upon joining Jaburg Wilk in 1995, Reichman devoted his practice exclusively to family law, utilizing his understanding of business, finances, accounting, and commercial litigation to assist high income and net worth families divide large and often complex estates. Meilech, Lance A.
Lance Meilech is a merger and acquisition advisor who began working with Fox & Fin/IBG in 2006. He began business career in sales, representing companies that sell office equipment and computers, and eventually became a securities dealer.
Meilech has extensive experience in international markets and fluent in multiple languages. As an entrepreneur he started, built and sold several companies, including a software development company and a multi-location education company. Immediately prior to association with Fox & Fin he started and built from the ground up one of Phoenix’s top tax firms. He has a Masters Degree in Finance and a Masters in Taxation and an Arizona real estate license.

Kiilu Davis is an experienced trial lawyer with a broad background. Pankow, Frank G.
Frank G. Pankow, ASA, CPA/ABV, MCBA, CFF, is president of Pankow Company, P.C. Business Appraisers, a firm located in Phoenix that specializes in business valuation for family law, estate planning and other purposes. Mr. Pankow received his undergraduate accounting degree from Arizona State University, magna cum laude. He is qualified as an expert witness in Maricopa and Coconino County Superior Courts (AZ), Clark County District Court (NV) and Federal Bankruptcy Court. Mr. Pankow has also served as Special Master in domestic relations cases. Fahlman, Michael A.

Haugen, Michael J.
