The Art of Successfully Working With Different Personality Traits

Discover how to effectively utilize the personality traits inherent in those you work for and those who are working for you. This session is designed to address common personality traits. You will gain awareness of the benefits and pitfalls of these traits, and be provided with guidance on how to identify and best work with them.
