The Phoenix Tax Workshop was established in 1961 to educate professionals in all areas of taxation - federal, state and local. As a new series offered by the Arizona Society of CPAs, we invite you to join this elite group of tax professionals at their Saturday CPE/CLE sessions (eight times per year).

Deven Mohnsam is a Commercial Banking Manager with Mutual of Omaha Bank. He has over 19 years of banking experience with a focus on middle market companies. His clients are participants in a variety of industries including consumer non-durables, manufacturing, distribution, health care, & commercial real estate. James P. O'Sullivan is a Shareholder of the law firm of Tiffany & Bosco, P.A., of Phoenix. He represents primarily closely-held businesses, including law firms and other service professionals. O'Sullivan frequently serves as counsel and as consulting counsel to other attorneys in transactions and as an expert witness in business law matters. He has substantial experience with mergers and acquisitions business growth issues, formation and dissolution of businesses and resolving disputes among owners. Stephen J. Rodis, CPA, is a partner with Wallace, Plese + Dreher, LLP in Chandler and Scottsdale. He is the Director of Tax Services for the Firm. Steve has over 30 years of experience in local and national public accounting firms in the Phoenix metro area.
