The Phoenix Tax Workshop was established in 1961 to educate professionals in all areas of taxation - federal, state and local. As a new series offered by the Arizona Society of CPAs, we invite you to join this elite group of tax professionals at their Saturday CPE/CLE sessions (eight times per year).

Brian Hartstein is the Director of Corporate Development with Bayntree Wealth Advisors and brings more than twenty years of experience to the firm. His areas of focus include tax, business, and retirement planning as well as all types of specialized and general insurance procurement and planning.

Caroline McKay is AVP and Counsel with the Advanced Markets Group for the U.S. Individual Life operations of John Hancock, a Manulife company. In her current position, Ms. McKay manages the Case Design Team and provides advanced tax and estate planning insurance expertise to home office employees, field personnel, producers and advisors.

She is also a contributor and editor of the Canadian Taxation of Life Insurance, Eight Edition published by Carswell.

Ms. McKay is currently in pursuit of her LLM degree in Taxation at NYU Law.
