Webcast: Get & Transform Data in Excel

Formerly available as the Power Query add-in, the Get & Transform tools built into Excel 2016 for Windows are incredibly powerful. At a high level, users can retrieve data from a variety of sources and prepare it for use as needed.

These tools provide new ways to approach previously manual and time-consuming tasks. In this session, apply these tools to several everyday tasks, including flattening data, splitting and combining columns, formatting data, unpivoting summarized data, and combining several .csv exports. If you frequently export/import data from one system to another, learn how to streamline workflows and gain a solid understanding of the Get & Transform query.

Materials are provided as an ebook for this course.
