Gary Fletcher, CPA, JD, Nystedt & Fletcher, PLLC
Gary L. Fletcher, CPA, JD is a Partner at the Tucson law firm Nystedt & Fletcher PLLC. He is a Fellow at the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel (ACTEC) as well as a member of the Asset Protection and Fiduciary Income Tax committees. Fletcher received his BSBA, with High Distinction, in accounting (1985) and JD, cum laude (1989), from the University of Arizona. He also served as a Legislative Intern for the AZ House Ways and Means Committee in 1986. Fletcher has published articles for and sat on the editorial board for Arizona Law Review and was a member of the AZ State Bar Probate and Trust Executive Council from 2013-2019. He served as Treasurer & member of the legislative subcommittee on Arizona Limited Liability Company Act and is now a frequent national lecturer on the Corporate Transparency Act.
