Overview

At first glance, it looks like women are thriving in finance, they make up 52% of the industry. But as the corporate ladder rises, their presence fades. Only 6% of the top U.S financial institutions have women in senior positions. 6%! Why is that? Is it the elusive work-life balance? A lack of mentorship? Systemic bias? We're continuing the conversation and more importantly, a community.

The Women’s Collective is a women-led community designed to connect, inspire, and equip women in finance to lead with confidence and purpose. This isn’t just another networking group, it’s a movement.
