The accounting profession is facing a critical talent gap — more than 300,000 accountants and auditors have left the workforce since 2020, and the number of candidates taking the CPA exam plunged recently by 7%1. Strengthening the pipeline starts now.

By becoming an ASCPA Student Program Sponsor, you help fund and expand programs that introduce high school and college students to careers in accounting through campus outreach, events and real-world engagement. Sponsorship also gives your organization direct visibility with students through hosted activities and volunteer opportunities.

Sponsor support makes free ASCPA student membership possible — connecting future CPAs with mentors, employers and professional resources early in their journey. Currently, the ASCPA has nearly 500 student members across Arizona.
