The ASCPA Paths Program helps CPAs 1–10 years into licensure accelerate their careers through three unique paths that offer flexible hybrid experiences where members can hone a variety of skills. The program also includes an intentional cohort, mentor network and recognition of progress every step of the way.

The Paths Program provides career growth you can see, skills you can use now, mentors and peers you can rely on, and recognition that your employer and professional network will notice.

Members can apply what they learn immediately, broaden opportunities across public accounting, industry and government, and become go-to contributors in their organizations — without an overwhelming time commitment

This program combines professional development, community and giving back in one flexible experience, with transparent expectations, personal accountability and a cohort designed to make participation easier and more valuable

If you are a CPA 1–10 years into licensure, membership in this group is a complimentary opt-in below!

Select a path to hone the skills developed within each opportunity. Each opportunity will earn you points. Members must complete at least 40 points in each path to earn a certificate for that path. However, they may accumulate all their points in any path. You will never lose your points; once earned, they remain part of your member history.  

Paths Program Cohort

The Paths Program creates a sense of belonging for CPAs in their first 1–10 years of licensure by offering a cohort-based experience designed to enhance career growth and foster genuine professional connections. Through a variety of events and opportunities, participants engage with peers, join conversations, and take part in practical activities that build skills, expand networks, and deepen their ties within the Arizona CPA community. Rather than attending isolated events, members cultivate a consistent environment to meet, ask questions, share experiences and maintain accountability. Each interaction earns points, uncovers new opportunities, applies workplace learnings, and tracks visible progress over time.

Membership in this group is complimentary, and every event, class or volunteer opportunity that you attend will earn you points. You will have access to a variety of free opportunities; however, some events may incur costs for CPE credits, food or other amenities. This program offers both in-person and online opportunities with a range of time commitments to support your availability. Your points will never be lost; once earned, they are part of your member history.
