Share your expertise with our members. By sponsoring a one-hour webinar, you will be able to share your knowledge with exclusively ASCPA members. Members attend for FREE and earn one (1) hour of CPE credit.
As a sponsor, you will provide:
- A speaker (in-house employee, outsourced speaker)
- CPE content delivered via PowerPoint presentation
To qualify for Certified Professional Education (CPE), your presentation must be educational and not a sales presentation. The presentation must have a minimum of 50 minutes of educational content for CPAs (not including Q&A).
Webinars can be hosted on *select dates for the following occurrences:
- Stand-alone Webinars: 100-200 members.
- June 2026 through January 2027
- CPE Giveback Days: 400-500 members.
- May 19, 2026 or November 10, 2026
*Select dates are subject to availability and review by ASCPA team.
Your sponsorship includes:
- Webinar marketing campaign (8+ weeks in advance) to all ASCPA members with a link to your website
- CPE content accreditation process and credit distribution administered by the ASCPA
- Webinar hosting on ASCPA webcast platform with full process administration from the ASCPA staff
- A follow-up email sent to participants with a short paragraph promoting your organization
- List of all webinar attendees + their contact information
Do you have an article on a subject of interest to the accounting community?
Showcase your organization's expertise, share a white paper or highlight other knowledge-base resources through sponsored article advertising. The ASCPA advertises in one (1) monthly email newsletter that has sponsored article advertising available - ASCPA Monthly Update. Each Monthly Update newsletter will include no more than two sponsored articles.

What you provide:
- Article hyperlink for linking article in the newsletter's text
- Article introductory lines or summary (100 words maximum)
- Photo (size: TBD) to compliment your article

The pricing below is the cost per single ad. For example, if you advertise six (6) banners in one (1) year, they are $650 per ad, for a total of $3,900. Ad discount is based on quantity.
