CPA practice for sale

My name is Steven Stein. I am retiring and looking for someone to take over my practice. I have about 200 clients. Mostly individual clients but have a few corporations, partnerships and trust returns. My office is near Cental Avenue and Dunlap but I see less than 50% in person.
