Job Description: Seeking self-motivated, dedicated, person to provide book keeping and some HR Administration. This is an excellent opportunity for an energetic, results-oriented achiever to be involved with a rapidly-growing technology company in a major market sector. This position is located in Phoenix Arizona around I-17 and Deer Valley Rd.

Required Skills:

  • Proficient in Quick Books.
  • Solid understanding and practice using General Accounting Principles.
  • Proficient with payroll and benefits processing, interacting with 3rd party provider (ADP).
  • Proficient processing Purchase Orders, AP and AR.
  • Experience processing Journal Entries.
  • Experience working with CPA firm for processing annual tax returns.
  • Experience producing management reports such as Income Statements, Balance Sheets, cashflow analysis, AR Aging, Open Orders, etc.
  • Proficient using Windows PCs and related Microsoft tools, including excel, MS Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Sharepoint.

Requirements:

  • Must have a bachelors degree in accounting or finance.
  • Must have 10 years experience managing company books using Quickbooks.
  • Must love being super meticulous and detail oriented.
  • Must have a passion for providing world-class support.
  • Must be an excellent team player; able to communicate concepts and ideas both orally and in written form.
  • Must be a self-starter; an action taker.
  • Must have excellent time management skills and be able to prioritize tasks.
  • Must be able to pass a criminal and financial background check and drug test.
