Controller
The Controller reports to the Vice President, Finance and Administration (VPFA) is responsible for the management of all Business Office functions. This position is directly responsible for the general ledger, fixed assets, monthly and year-end close cycles and related reconciliations, and overseeing all annual audits. The Controller supervises the payroll, grants accounting and accounts payable functions.
The Controller is responsible for financial management, transaction processing, and reporting, and compliance. This includes oversight of financial systems, policies, procedures, controls, and records management to ensure effective and prudent financial operations of the College. The Controller prepares management reports for the VPFA and assists with interpretation of financial and investment matters.
Education Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in Accounting or Finance, with advanced degree or CPA preferred.
